So my home is Covid free and I managed to completely dodge it!

This week I regained the four pounds I strangely lost last week and it was no great surprise.

In terms of activity, I did spice things up a little.  I figured a little tiny bit of cardio everyday might be a good way to start the day.  I started doing just one song of dance fitness each morning.  I use youtube and there are videos by the Fitness Marshall.  They have three dancers doing routines of varying difficulty.  I of course do the easiest and I am truly dreadful.  Just under four minutes is achievable though without being exhausting or difficult.  It would be nice if it just helps boost my metabolism a little.  Maybe it will become two songs...  or I will start to do this several times a day.  It is clear that multiple shorter lengths of exercise is less exhausting.

walking was a fraction low but I am not overly concerned at this stage of the quarterly challenge.

I also finally did another breathework exercise to earn the badge.

I also identified three items and washed them to list on Vinted.  Two cardigans and a jumper.  Listed and sold the two jumpers and a couple of T-shirts.
