  • Blood test - Done
  • Go to Slimming World - Done
  • List Joe Browns Coat - Done
  • Identify two things to sell next week

Goals for this Month

  • Complete Inca Trail - Conqueror (42.2km)
  • Walk between 50km and 60km
  • Log more than 52 minutes brisk walking - Active 10
  • July Time to Walk - Garmin (15 hours of walking activities)
  • July Warrior - Garmin (4 hours of yoga activities)
  • Active July - Garmin (20 activities of more than 20 minutes)

Goals for this Quarter

  • 2024 Walking Stage 3 - Garmin (average 1 mile per day for 3 months)

Long Term Goals

  • Via Transilvanica - Garmin (1400km)
  • Swim
  • Finish English Channel Challenge
  • Go to a Lido
  • Increase VO2max to 25
  • Complete local 12km circular trail
  • Ride a bike
  • Get a rowing machine

I cannot say I have done an awful lot of anything this week!  There has been a lot going on and so many things to get done.  I have walked, but not as much as I should have done.  I have not been feeling perky.

Then my husband came down with covid at the end of the week.  I do tend to get bugs easily, especially respiratory ones.  My plan right now, is to be kind to myself.  To switch cooking to lunch while he is unwell as I have more energy earlier in the day.  If I get Covid, it's ok...
