I managed to avoid getting Covid, which was an absolute relief! It was actually quite a nice week. It was nice to have my husband's company as I worked from home. It turned in to a week watching the Tour de France, cooking nice meals and going for walks. Well the last two things were just me, he was not well enough, but he enjoyed the food.
I walked 11.71 km last week which is just over 7 miles, so I did absolutely manage my mile a day goal average for last week. That was about it though. I am making steady progress towards my goals for the month, though I do need to get a move on.
I did have a surprise weight loss of four pounds this week though. It does not feel entirely real though.
